In October we decided to swap some job roles as we could see certain people shinning in different areas of the business.

We had Coach Daniel and Michael take on each others responsibilities. Daniel to be appointed the new Franchise Manager and Michael to now be in charge of all the Marketing.

The move took affect almost immediately with Michael taking our Social Media to new heights from 200+ likes on Facebook to over 2000 in a month, a twitter account was also created as was a Facebook page for our mascot JOEY. Our youtube channel got a big revamp and a big campaign was started with online listings on several different directories. Michael has been out amongst the people running fun days at centres, primary schools and was planning a Royal Melbourne Show debut along with many more exciting outings.

Daniel didn't waste anytime in his new role, revamping the whole presentation and setting up meetings with potential franchises. Daniel also advertised on many key franchises sites which saw a lot of attention. He also took over all the Franchisees paperwork and keep in constant contact with them to make sure things were running smooth and they were traveling well.

We wish them all the best in their new roles and are very excited to see what the future has install for these bright young boys.
