Phil Blain is our franchise consultant and business adviser and he writes;
Close Encounters of the third kind……. Well that’s what came to mind when I first met Bill Angeloglou, Soccer Time’s founder back in 2008! The business was then called Soccer Time Joeys but for branding reasons we soon changed the name. From the outset it was clear that Bill was “different” in many ways; fortunately good ways.
I think we hit it off straight away. Bill warmed to my no nonsense approach and I found his passion for his business, the quality of his programmes and system and his genuine care for the educational aspect of his business, all totally inspiring. People often speak of passion but Billy has it in spades!
I have the absolute honour and privilege to continue to work with Bill, Louisa his wife, and his excellent support team in building the business. The opportunities I see are almost beyond comprehension as we have a clear Global vision. I am extremely excited by what lies before us…….

¥      Bank of N.S.W. in stocks and shares investment division for 3 years
¥      Joined Cadbury Schweppes in the sales field and rose to hold national roles
        over a period of 10 years
        Franchising
¥      Became a Pets Paradise Franchisee in 1987 and owned 3 outlets
¥      Took on the role of General Manager in 1990
¥      Over 5 years grew the group from 15 to 100+ outlets and the purchase of 2
        other franchise systems – Warner Bros Stores and Billy Baxter’s Coffee House
¥      Phil has served on the Board of the FCA, been President of the Victorian Chapter and a committee member for over 15 years.

¥      Opened a franchise consulting office in 1994
 
Phil holds a Diploma in Franchise Studies, the Accredited Franchise Executive (A.F.E.) qualification (University of N.S.W.), a Certificate in Franchise Structure and Management (Griffith University) and is a Fellow of the FCA
