We moved over to VoIP (Voice over Internet protocol) in April which was recommend to us by Frank Freitage our current book keeper and business consultant. VoIP is a technology for making telephone calls over the Internet.

The system works side by side with our new database in which a simple click of the mouse puts us in contact with parents. This eliminates picking/ hanging up and dialling numbers, ultimately saving heaps of time allowing us to deal with an increasing number of clients and improve our customer service and relationships.
