Rita Loizzo began her career in childcare in 2007. The last two years she has been Assistant Director of a childcare service. She currently holds a Certificate 3 in Children’s Services and studying Advanced Diploma whilst working full time.  Soca Time Joeys asked Rita if she would like a role in assisting and encourage the coaches in building and maintaining positive relationships with the children and families.  The building of bonds between the children and coaches, enables them to feel more secure within the environment and establish a sense of belonging. This plays an important role in the effective development of their physical, social and emotional well being.

Soca Time Joeys is a fun, physical, educational program which not only incorporates basic soccer skills and gross motor activities, but also emphasises cognitive learning through numbers, colours and shapes.  The lessons are all age appropriate and developmentally enhanced so children are able to learn and develop at their own pace. Rita has enriched our program with her extensive knowledge of early learning and child development.
