Our Melbourne Victory endorsers Isaka Cernak and Tando Velaphi made a special trip into the office to have a meeting with the team regarding upcoming events.

The guys were also kind enough to take a staff members jersey to be signed by the entire Melbourne Victory team, along with the top the boys  took with them 250 prints to be signed and return for the Christmas Packs.

Tando Velaphi

Velaphi has built a great reputation over recent seasons, kicked-off by a man-of-the-match performance in a 2-1 win over his new club Melbourne Victory when on loan at Brisbane Roar in early 2007. Born in Perth, Velaphi enjoyed four years with Glory before moving to Melbourne at the end of the 2010/11 Hyundai A-League Season. The latest in a long line of talented keepers to work 
under highly respected goalkeeping coach Steve Mautone, Velaphi looks to have a bright future between the sticks at AAMI Park.

Isaka Cernak

An ambitious and and talented young footballer, Isaka Cernak has quickly taken great strides in his burgeoning career. After starting out with Brisbane Roar, he moved to new franchise North Queensland Fury, where the 
skilful attacking midfielder made a 
starting spot his own and also earned 
a spot in the Qantas Under 23s squad. 
Cernak has joined Melbourne Victory 
for season 2011/12 as he looks to take 
the next step in his career ahead of 
the qualifying campaign for the London Olympics.
