In March 09 we were introduced to Anthony Beckett.  Anthony, now owner of Beckett Business Solutions was an Engineering graduate fresh out of uni but known for being a bit of a whiz on the computer.  When approached by Bill to make it easier for parents to register and for us to manage class information he said “sure i’ll give it a go”.  The program was growing rapidly and our outdated systems were finding it difficult to keep up with the demand.  Anthony introduced us to this new program and showed us what it could do.  Immediately we got to work with Anthony and the team began creating a tailored database.  The database was linked to our phones, emails and the website, so with a click of the mouse we would have the parents online registration, a couple more clicks and we would send an email and finally another click contacted parents and booked them into their desired location.

Our database is constantly being upgraded and has made it possible for the business to grow.
