It was quite a pleasant surprise when we received a call from Tania Nesbit the senior researcher from WTFN. Tania was in charge of finding a pre-school program for their upcoming show Coxy’s Big Break, the show was to be about activities for kids.

She was really excited at the thought of Soccer Time Kids being apart of this and just wanted to come down and film a session. Little did she know we were going to take it to the next level.

We invited Grant Brebner who was our current endorser at the time and he said he would bring some of his team mates Tando Velahpi, Isaka Cernak and Lawrence Thomas.

The venue was to be Bulleen and we combined two of the class to get as many kids on TV as possible. The film crew came down, put their lights up everywhere and placed microphones on a very nervous Coach Michael.

ACTION! Coach Michael ran the class with assistance from Damien and Jessica. The kids were great, seeing as they had a new coach and cameras zooming in and out, not to mention the stopping and starting because of the sound technician not happy with the take.

The Melbourne Victory players were amazing, playing with the kids getting photos taken and signing autographs for all involved.
